Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Butter
  • 6 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
  5. Drain pasta and add to the sauce. Toss until well coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
