Potatoes, boiled and mashed

Instructions
- Boil and mash the potatoes until smooth. Let them cool completely.
- Mix the mashed potatoes with butter while still slightly warm.
- Add heavy cream and mix well.
- Gradually add flour and salt, kneading until you have a smooth dough. Be careful not to add too much flour as it can make the lefser tough.
- Divide the dough into about 20 pieces and shape into balls.
- Roll each ball out very thinly on a floured surface.
- Cook on a lefse griddle or large frying pan on medium-high heat until light brown spots appear.
- Stack the finished lefser with butter and sugar between each layer.
- Cover with a cloth and let cool completely before serving.
