Ingredients
- 1 pound Fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- ½ cup Butter
- 6 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
- Drain pasta and add to the sauce. Toss until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
